PREACHEASY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. About PreachEasy
PreachEasy is a Bible-learning platform intended for believers in Jesus Christ. It encourages daily Bible study, understanding, practical application, and responsible sharing of God’s Word.
One Verse, One Day. Learn Every Day. Preach Every Day.
In these Terms, “PreachEasy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PreachEasy. “You,” “student,” and “user” refer to a person using the platform.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering and expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them and the applicable programme rules disclosed to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to register under these Terms. Participation by anyone under 18 requires separately established arrangements with appropriate parent or guardian involvement and privacy safeguards.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and report suspected unauthorised access. Only one personal account is permitted unless PreachEasy authorises otherwise.
Participation is voluntary. No person may use pressure, threats, or promises of guaranteed spiritual or financial benefits to obtain registrations, payments, invitations, or sharing.
3. Lifelong learning
PreachEasy study is intended to be a lifelong learning journey. Completing lessons, reaching a points target, or receiving preacher recognition does not mean that your learning is complete.
Students and recognised preachers are encouraged to continue studying, growing, and sharing throughout their lives.
“Lifelong learning” describes the purpose of the programme. It does not mean that a one-time payment provides permanent access, that services will always remain free, or that uninterrupted operation for a user’s lifetime is guaranteed. Access remains subject to available services, applicable subscription terms, and these Terms.
4. Learning services
PreachEasy may provide Bible lessons, explanations, quizzes, feedback facilities, sharing messages, videos, challenges, and learning records.
Our explanations reflect PreachEasy’s teaching approach. Users are encouraged to read Bible passages in context and report suspected errors.
We will review reported mistakes and make appropriate corrections. Participation does not guarantee examination success, employment, income, appointment to a church position, or any particular spiritual outcome.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Subscription prices, billing periods, applicable taxes, included services, and payment conditions will be shown before payment.
Any free trial or promotional offer applies only as expressly advertised. Its duration and subsequent charges will be disclosed before enrolment.
Recurring payments require your express authorisation. Where offered, the cancellation method will be explained.
Price changes apply prospectively, with advance notice before the affected renewal. You may cancel future renewal if you do not accept the revised price.
Payments must be made through authorised methods. Preachers and other users must not collect additional charges or donations in PreachEasy’s name without written authorisation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation of future renewals by emailing preacheasy.com@gmail.com.
Unless otherwise disclosed before purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until that date.
A change of mind after using a service does not automatically create a right to a refund. However, nothing in these Terms removes rights concerning duplicate or unauthorised charges, deficient services, misleading descriptions, services not supplied, or other remedies available under applicable law.
If we discontinue a paid service without providing an acceptable alternative, an appropriate refund for the unused prepaid portion will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and within applicable legal timelines. We will communicate the expected processing time.
7. Learning points
Points record eligible activities and help determine eligibility for the PreachEasy Preacher examination.
Subject to verification and published activity rules:
- Correct quiz answers: 1 point for each correct answer.
- Accepting challenges: 10 points for each eligible challenge accepted.
- Offering challenges: 10 points for each eligible challenge offered.
- Writing feedback: 10 points for each eligible feedback submission.
- Invited students’ tests or quizzes: Matching points subject to the waiting period and conditions in Section 8.
- Social-media clicks: 5 points for each valid recorded click on your shared link.
Any activity limits, eligible attempts, or submission requirements must be disclosed before the relevant activity.
Points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or converted into cash. They are not investments, earnings, or a promise of payment.
Weekly rankings are separate from accumulated examination-eligibility points. The end of a leaderboard week does not, by itself, erase accumulated points.
8. Points from invited students
Referral points are earned only from the eligible test or quiz points of students you directly invite through your recognised invitation link or referral method.
Referral points begin only after the invited student has completed both seven days from registration and seven lessons.
Only eligible test or quiz points earned after meeting both conditions qualify for matching points. Points earned before meeting these conditions will not be credited retrospectively.
Matching points are added to your account only after you complete your own quiz for the relevant day.
Example: Once your invited student meets both conditions, if they earn 10 eligible quiz points, you receive 10 matching points after completing your own quiz for that day.
Points earned by invited students through feedback, challenges, social-media clicks, or their own referrals do not qualify for matching.
Only direct invitations qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false identities, and manipulated referral records do not qualify.
These conditions also apply to the Star Helpers leaderboard.
Inviting a student does not create a right to receive that student’s subscription fees or to have that student assigned to you after preacher recognition.
9. Sharing links and valid clicks
You may responsibly share authorised PreachEasy links and materials through social media and other permitted channels.
Each valid recorded click increases your sharing count, whether or not the visitor joins PreachEasy, and earns the applicable points.
Bots, automated traffic, purchased clicks, artificial repeated clicking, click exchanges, and other manipulation do not qualify.
The platform will explain how repeat visits are counted before the relevant ranking period.
Sharing must respect privacy, applicable law, recipients’ choices, and the rules of the service used. Stop direct promotional messages when a recipient asks you to stop.
10. Weekly leaderboards
The weekly ranking period runs from Monday at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m., Indian Standard Time.
Star Learners
Students rank according to quiz percentage. Higher percentages rank first. Where percentages are equal, the shorter recorded completion time ranks higher.
The platform will disclose how multiple quizzes are combined, which attempts count, and any minimum participation requirement before the ranking period.
Star Helpers
Students rank according to eligible matching points earned from the tests or quizzes of their directly invited students during the week.
Referral points count only after the invited student completes both seven days from registration and seven lessons, and only after the inviting student completes their own quiz for the relevant day, as explained in Section 8.
Students with more eligible matching points rank higher.
Star Preachers
Students rank according to valid recorded clicks on their shared links during the week.
Students whose links receive more valid clicks rank higher.
“Star Preachers” is a leaderboard title. It is separate from recognition as a “PreachEasy Preacher” after examination and interview.
If a tie remains after applying the published criteria, students share the rank unless another tie rule was announced beforehand.
Leaderboard recognition does not include cash, gifts, or prizes unless separately announced. Special rewards will have their own disclosed conditions.
Verified errors or manipulation may result in corrected rankings. Users may request a review through the grievance contact.
11. Examination and interview
You need at least 25,000 valid points to become eligible to attend the PreachEasy Preacher examination.
Reaching this target does not automatically confer recognition, guarantee a pass, or guarantee an immediate examination date.
Examinations may be conducted online or offline. The schedule, syllabus, format, assessment rules, and any examination fee will be disclosed in advance.
You must score at least 80% in the examination to qualify for the interview.
The interview may be conducted online or offline. Recognition is awarded only after successfully passing both stages.
Interview standards, retake arrangements, and result-review procedures will be communicated before assessment. Cheating, impersonation, unauthorised assistance, or false records may result in disqualification, subject to a fair review.
12. Nature of preacher recognition
“PreachEasy Preacher” is an internal recognition awarded by PreachEasy.
It is not a government-recognised qualification, academic degree, professional licence, church ordination, or appointment as a pastor.
Recognition does not authorise a person to enter contracts, collect money, or make commitments on behalf of PreachEasy without written authorisation.
The role is intended as an independent service arrangement. No fixed or guaranteed salary is offered. Legal classification and mandatory rights depend on applicable law and the actual working arrangement.
13. Non-transferable position
PreachEasy Preacher recognition and the associated position are personal and non-transferable.
You must not sell, assign, lend, transfer, or allow another person to use your recognition, account, assigned students, or responsibilities.
You may not appoint a substitute or delegate student-support duties without PreachEasy’s prior written approval.
Any replacement or reassignment must be arranged by PreachEasy. The position does not pass automatically to a family member, nominee, or other person.
14. Student allocation
Students will be allotted to recognised preachers only according to availability, programme needs, and completion of the required onboarding arrangements.
Recognition does not guarantee an immediate allotment, a minimum number of students, continued allocation of the same students, or minimum income.
PreachEasy may reasonably reassign students because of student requests, preacher availability, conduct concerns, or programme requirements.
Inviting a student does not automatically entitle you to receive that student as an assigned learner.
15. Preacher responsibilities
Preachers or teachers assigned students may be expected to:
- Guide students according to PreachEasy guidelines.
- Encourage regular learning and quiz participation.
- Monitor assigned students’ learning progress where applicable and authorised.
- Communicate appropriately through approved channels.
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct.
- Protect student information and confidentiality.
- Follow PreachEasy policies and reasonable programme requirements.
- Continue their own learning and preparation.
- Report significant concerns through the appropriate support channel.
Preachers must not misuse their position for personal gain, financial solicitation, religious coercion, political promotion, or any other unauthorised purpose.
They must not exploit students’ trust, pressure students to give money, or use their role to promote unrelated organisations or activities without permission.
Student information may be used only for authorised learning support. It must not be sold, disclosed without authority, or added to personal marketing lists.
16. Student participation and performance
Students remain responsible for their own attendance, effort, quiz participation, conduct, and learning choices.
PreachEasy does not guarantee that an assigned student will attend regularly, complete lessons, pass examinations, continue a subscription, or achieve a particular result.
A student’s non-participation or poor performance does not, by itself, make PreachEasy responsible or entitle a preacher to compensation or replacement students.
Preachers must still carry out their agreed support responsibilities. This section does not excuse PreachEasy’s own breach of its obligations or remove rights concerning deficient services.
17. Monthly preacher payments
An eligible recognised preacher undertaking an assigned student-support role will receive 75% of qualifying subscription fees actually collected from their assigned students for the relevant service period.
Preacher payments are made monthly. The monthly payment date and payment method will be communicated and agreed during onboarding, before paid responsibilities begin.
Qualifying fees are subscription amounts actually received, excluding separately stated statutory taxes and amounts refunded, reversed, or charged back.
No payment arises from unpaid fees, free access, learning points, leaderboard recognition, or invitations alone.
Example: If qualifying fees collected from your assigned students total ₹1,000, your share is ₹750 before any legally required withholding from your payment.
No additional administration or payment-processing deductions will be made from this calculation unless expressly agreed in advance.
Payment statements will explain collections, adjustments, and applicable withholding. Any later refund or chargeback adjustment must be identifiable.
A separate Preacher Agreement will record duties, payment arrangements, tax documentation, confidentiality, termination, and settlement of outstanding amounts.
18. Acceptable conduct
Users must not:
- Cheat, impersonate others, or manipulate results.
- Create false accounts, referrals, clicks, challenges, or feedback.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against others.
- Pressure people to participate or pay.
- Publish unlawful or defamatory material.
- Disclose another person’s private information without authority.
- Infringe copyright or other rights.
- Distribute malware or access restricted information.
- Make misleading claims about PreachEasy, recognition, rewards, or income.
Challenges are learning activities and must not be used for betting or wagering.
19. Content and sharing permissions
PreachEasy content is owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
You may use materials for personal study and share content expressly designated for sharing, subject to stated restrictions and attribution requirements.
Sharing permission does not automatically authorise resale, commercial republication, removal of copyright notices, or misleading alterations.
Bible translations and third-party materials may have separate copyright conditions.
You retain ownership of your original submissions. You permit PreachEasy to host, display, and moderate them as reasonably necessary to operate the platform.
Separate permission will be obtained before using your identifiable testimonial, photograph, or video in promotional advertising.
20. Privacy and communications
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, protected, shared, retained, and handled.
Leaderboard display arrangements will be explained before participation. Public leaderboards will not display personal contact details.
Only information reasonably necessary for authorised student support will be shared with assigned preachers, with appropriate notice and safeguards.
Operational communications may include account, lesson, payment, examination, and security information.
Optional marketing communications will have separate consent and opt-out arrangements where required. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or unrestricted disclosure of personal information.
21. Service interruptions and corrections
Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical repairs.
Where an interruption materially affects a quiz or examination, we will consider a fair remedy, such as an additional attempt or rescheduling.
Verified scoring, ranking, or accounting errors may be corrected. Material corrections will be explained, and users may request a review.
22. Suspension and termination
PreachEasy may restrict or suspend an account or preacher role where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, comply with law, or address a material breach.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to respond. Serious security or safety concerns may require immediate restrictions.
Permanent termination or withdrawal of recognition will be proportionate to the verified issue. Invalid points may be removed. Valid points will not be removed merely because a user raises a complaint.
You may request account closure by email. Closure does not extinguish valid refund claims, accrued payment entitlements, or lawful record-retention obligations.
When a preacher assignment ends, valid accrued payments remain payable, subject to documented lawful adjustments.
23. Responsibility and legal rights
Users are responsible for their own conduct, unauthorised statements, and unlawful sharing.
PreachEasy remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or particular learning, spiritual, or financial outcomes. This does not remove rights relating to paid services not supplied as promised, deficient services, or misleading representations.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and seek to resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline.
Provide sufficient details for investigation, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Our complaint process does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, regulator, or other authority.
25. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be notified in advance, with their effective date.
Changes to prices, points, ranking rules, or payment shares will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove valid accrued entitlements.
Where fresh acceptance or consent is legally required, we will obtain it. Users who do not accept a material change may discontinue the affected service, subject to applicable cancellation and refund rights.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes may be brought before courts or other forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here removes access to a competent consumer commission or another legally available remedy.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
