The content is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for personal Bible study, prayer, pastoral guidance, theological education, or professional advice.

2. No Claim of Religious Authority

PreachEasy does not claim to represent, control, or exercise authority over any church, denomination, congregation, ministry, or Christian organisation.
Completion of a PreachEasy course, test, certificate, or recognition does not automatically confer ordination, ministerial authority, pastoral authority, church membership, or any legal or ecclesiastical status.

3. “PreachEasy Preacher” Recognition

Any title or recognition such as “PreachEasy Preacher” is a recognition of completion and performance within the PreachEasy learning program.
It does not constitute ordination, employment, appointment as a pastor, or authorisation to represent PreachEasy unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Test Results & Recognition

Test scores, rankings, certificates, awards, and other recognitions are based on the applicable PreachEasy rules and verification procedures.
PreachEasy reserves the right to verify results and reject or cancel results where there is evidence of cheating, impersonation, false information, manipulation, or violation of the applicable rules.

5. Sponsored Prizes

Where prizes are offered, they may be sponsored by independent individuals or organisations.
PreachEasy does not guarantee that a prize will always be available. Eligibility, winner selection, verification, prize delivery, and other conditions will be governed by the applicable prize rules.
A sponsored prize should not be interpreted as a payment for preaching, religious service, or participation unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Voluntary Donations

Where voluntary donations are permitted, they are voluntary and are not guaranteed income or remuneration.
Participation in PreachEasy does not create any entitlement to donations, financial benefits, employment, or income.

7. Subscription

PreachEasy may provide an initial free period followed by a subscription.
For example, where applicable:
First 30 days — FREE
After 30 days — ₹30 for 30 days (equivalent to ₹1 per day).
The applicable subscription price, duration, renewal terms, and other charges will be displayed to the user before payment.

8. Accuracy of Content

PreachEasy makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate Bible-learning content. However, differences may exist among Bible translations, interpretations, commentaries, and theological traditions.
Users are encouraged to examine the Scriptures carefully and make their own informed conclusions.

9. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they provide and for their conduct while using the Platform.
Users must not cheat, impersonate another person, submit false documents, manipulate test results, misuse the Platform, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or PreachEasy rules.

Where applicable, additional requirements may apply to users below 18 years of age, including parental or guardian consent.

PreachEasy does not guarantee that participation will result in employment, ministry appointment, financial benefit, donations, church recognition, or any particular spiritual, educational, or personal outcome.

PreachEasy may provide links to or use third-party websites, payment services, communication platforms, or other services. PreachEasy is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or actions of independent third parties.

13. Changes to the Platform

PreachEasy may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, course, test, recognition, prize, subscription, or program according to its applicable policies and terms.

By accessing or using PreachEasy.com, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other published rules.
